Key responsibilities

  • Support the Talent & PR Co-ordinator with all gifting activity, including paid and unpaid seeding, product send-outs, and related follow-up.

  • Identify promising new talent and take ownership of seeding outreach.
  • Proactively spot opportunities to increase gifting activity and maximise brand exposure.
  • Work with the Senior Creative Lead and the wider team to improve the Instagram wishlist and suggest suitable gifting targets.
  • Research emerging talent across social platforms, including models, props, small businesses, and potential collaboration partners.
  • Support reporting when the Talent & PR Co-ordinator is unavailable, including weekly mens social metric updates and regular brand coverage reporting.
  • Create boards and compile imagery for user-generated content.
  • Track deliveries for gifted items and monitor returns.
  • Use Torque portal and Airtable accurately for day-to-day workflow.
  • Prepare press and influencer gift boxes, including UPS labels and any required invoices.
  • Operate the gifting tech system correctly.
  • Take on other reasonable team tasks during busy periods, including support for events and pop-ups.

Skills and experience needed

  • Strong interest in social media and digital culture.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational ability.
  • Clear communication skills and confidence working with different departments.
  • Comfort working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage several projects at once.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Benefits

  • 50% staff discount.
  • 24 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.

  • Hybrid working arrangement with one work-from-home day per week after completing a 6-month probation period.
  • Pension scheme.
  • Bonus scheme.
  • Employee Assistance Programme covering employees and their families.
  • £500 employee referral bonus.
  • Access to local business discounts, including cafés, fitness, and beauty partners.
