Job description
About Four Seasons
Four Seasons is built on the strength of its people. The company brings together individuals who aim to keep improving, challenge themselves, and treat others with the same respect and care they would expect in return. Across the world, the team creates memorable experiences for guests, residents, and partners through luxury service delivered with warmth and authenticity. A strong employee experience and a healthy workplace culture are seen as essential to helping people provide those exceptional moments.
At Four Seasons, the belief is to greet familiar faces warmly, welcome new ones sincerely, and treat every person with the courtesy you would want yourself. Whether you work with the brand, stay at its properties, live there, or discover them, the goal is to create lasting impressions. This comes from the idea that life becomes richer when people truly connect with one another and with the world around them.
About the Location
The Red Sea is set to become one of the region’s leading luxury beach destinations. It will stretch across 200 km of coastline on the western side of Saudi Arabia, between Umluj and Al Wajh, and will include natural islands and lagoons. The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the development’s central hub, featuring a yacht marina, lifestyle and leisure facilities, retail options, an 18-hole golf course, and more.
The destination is being developed with sustainability at its core, including a marine spatial planning model to reduce environmental impact and avoid over-tourism while still offering an outstanding travel and lifestyle experience. It will depend on renewable energy and will preserve most of the islands as conservation zones, with only a small portion developed. The resort is expected to have about 149 rooms and suites with uninterrupted views of white-sand beaches and clear water, plus six restaurant and lounge outlets, event spaces, a marine discovery centre, a Kids For All Seasons area, a full-service spa with a hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, and two separate beaches for families and adults.

As a Discovery Centre Attendant, you will help deliver engaging, educational experiences that showcase the Red Sea’s natural environment, sustainability efforts, and cultural heritage. Working from the resort’s Discovery Centre, you will support day-to-day operations and help run interactive activities, guest sessions, and environmental learning experiences for visitors of all ages.
