The right candidate will already be managing several high-volume casual dining and/or fine dining restaurants and should bring a proven history of steady leadership, consistent operations, and long-term experience in hospitality.
What you will do
- Direct operations across 8 to 10 full-service restaurant locations.
- Improve sales, profitability, labor control, and overall store-level performance.
- Coach and grow General Managers and other operations leaders.
- Make sure standards, guest experience programs, and daily operating routines are carried out consistently.
- Review P&L results and find ways to strengthen margins and operating efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners on hiring, training, and broader operational projects.
- Help build a culture centered on accountability, development, retention, and strong guest service.
- Lead in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting while keeping execution disciplined and consistent.
What we are looking for
- At least 5 years of multi-unit leadership experience in casual dining and/or fine dining restaurant operations.
- Current responsibility for 7 or more restaurant locations.
- Active experience in a multi-unit leadership position at present.
- Background in managing high-volume restaurant operations.
- Strong understanding of financials, including labor, food cost, and P&L management.
- Proven career stability and long-term tenure in prior roles.
- Quick service experience is acceptable only when paired with substantial multi-unit casual dining and/or fine dining leadership experience.
- Confident leadership style with the ability to build and develop strong operations teams.
- Must live within a reasonable driving distance of the assigned territory.
