Director of Operations

Role Overview

This opportunity is for a Director of Operations to manage a multi-unit quick-service restaurant market in the Dayton, Ohio area. The position focuses on guiding field operations, strengthening leadership talent, lifting store performance, and ensuring a consistent guest experience across all locations.

What You’ll Do

• Direct operations across a multi-location restaurant market.
• Supervise District Managers and assist General Managers in improving sales, service, staffing, and profitability.
• Elevate in-store execution in areas such as labor control, food cost, speed of service, guest satisfaction, and operating standards.
• Coach and develop field leadership while building a strong pipeline for future growth.
• Work with senior leaders on market planning, performance improvement, and readiness for new openings.
• Use financial and operational reports to spot improvement opportunities and keep teams accountable.
• Protect brand standards across every location while fostering a culture of ownership and development.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in multi-unit QSR or fast-casual operations is required.
• Background managing District Managers, Area Managers, or a large team of General Managers is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of P&L management, labor, food cost, guest experience, and restaurant operating systems.
• Demonstrated success turning around underperforming stores and improving operating standards.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, develop, and hold people accountable.
• Candidates must be based in or willing to work in the Dayton, Ohio market.

Compensation

The role offers a base salary of $120,000 to $150,000, along with bonus potential.
