Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Leap Brands is seeking a dynamic and transformational Chief Executive Officer to spearhead the next phase of expansion for a rapidly growing multi-unit franchise organization. With over 40 locations across various markets and a solid operational foundation, the company is poised for significant growth. Supported by experienced ownership, the focus is on enhancing infrastructure, optimizing operational performance, and increasing long-term enterprise value.

The CEO will be instrumental in defining the company's strategic direction, driving operational execution, and leading all growth initiatives. Reporting directly to ownership and investors, this role requires building robust systems, processes, and a leadership structure to support a scalable enterprise while cultivating a strong culture of accountability and high performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement the company's long-term strategic growth plan.
  • Champion operational excellence, profitability, and performance across all company locations.
  • Develop and establish scalable infrastructure, comprehensive reporting systems, and efficient operational processes.
  • Lead organizational development and expand the corporate team.
  • Oversee and support new unit development, market expansion, and growth strategies.
  • Define and implement key performance metrics and accountability standards throughout the organization.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-caliber executive leadership team.
  • Collaborate closely with ownership and investors to maximize enterprise value.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, franchise events, and strategic meetings.
  • Cultivate a company culture centered on execution, leadership development, and achieving results.
Qualifications
  • Prior executive leadership experience as a CEO, President, COO, or equivalent, preferably within the restaurant, foodservice, franchise, or hospitality sectors.
  • Substantial experience in multi-unit operational leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling and growing multi-location businesses.
  • Experience working directly with ownership groups, investors, or private shareholders.
  • Strong financial acumen with a proven ability to drive profitability and growth.
  • Experience in building infrastructure, teams, and systems to support business expansion.
  • Franchise experience is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional skills in leadership, communication, and strategic planning.
Location & Travel
  • This is a remote position based within the United States.
  • Candidates located in Florida, Atlanta, Dallas, Kansas City, or other Southeast markets are preferred.
  • Relocation is not required.
  • Expect regular travel for market visits, leadership meetings, and industry events.
