A multi-unit restaurant group is hiring a Director of Operations to lead a portfolio of busy full-service restaurants.   • Work closely with cross-functional partners on hiring, training, and broader operational projects.
  • Help build a culture centered on accountability, development, retention, and strong guest service.
  • Lead in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting while keeping execution disciplined and consistent.

What we are looking for

  • At least 5 years of multi-unit leadership experience in casual dining and/or fine dining restaurant operations.
  • Current responsibility for 7 or more restaurant locations.
  • Active experience in a multi-unit leadership position at present.
  • Background in managing high-volume restaurant operations.

  • Proven career stability and long-term tenure in prior roles.
