Role overview

TJX Canada is seeking a Retail Store Coordinator for its HomeSense location in St. Catharines. What you will be doing

• Support operational excellence across visual merchandising, customer service, backroom activity, and merchandise processing.
• Help maintain strong store standards by sharing clear updates and keeping the team aligned on priorities.
• Organize, prioritize, and direct tasks while encouraging teamwork and coaching associates on service procedures and policies.
• Develop associates through training in merchandise presentation and customer service to strengthen collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Build the brand and value proposition by creating appealing merchandise presentations in important store areas.

Compensation

The expected hourly hiring range is $19.60 to $24.50. The final pay offered may be above this range depending on relevant skills, experience, and local labour market conditions.
