We are seeking a Store Coordinator to join the retail team in Abbotsford. This role requires leading by example in a vibrant and fast-paced store environment to ensure an exceptional customer experience consistently.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence by managing visual merchandising, customer service, back-room operations, and merchandise processing efficiently.
• Ensure superior customer service and maintain high standards of store operations, providing updates and facilitating team communication.
• Organize and prioritize daily tasks, fostering teamwork among associates and providing their training in service policies and procedures.
• Coach associates on merchandise display and customer engagement, cultivating a collaborative and continuously improving store culture.
• Create compelling merchandise presentations throughout the store to strengthen the brand image and value proposition.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess 1-2 years of retail or service sector experience with insightful understanding of customer expectations and operational workflows.
• Have a cooperative approach that encourages teamwork and positive interpersonal relations.
• Manage multiple responsibilities adeptly in a dynamic context, demonstrating adaptability and multitasking capabilities.
• Exhibit strong verbal communication and time management skills, vital for prioritizing tasks and clear information exchange.

Compensation and Location
