The right person will bring a mix of strategic leadership, team development, and marketing expertise, along with the ability to partner with clients and internal leaders to create meaningful business impact.

What You Will Lead

  • Direct and grow the Communications and Data Analytics teams while promoting teamwork, ownership, and ongoing improvement.
  • Set the long-term direction for member marketing services provided to credit unions across the country.
  • Broaden marketing service delivery across digital channels such as email, paid advertising, social media, content, SEO, and automation.
  • Ensure campaigns and analytics work are delivered to a high standard and generate measurable client outcomes.
  • Create repeatable processes, operating guidelines, and workflows that can support future expansion.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to credit union executives on branding, member engagement, marketing strategy, and performance tracking.
  • Assess new technologies, automation platforms, and AI-driven solutions that can increase effectiveness and improve efficiency.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, staffing plans, and financial performance for the Communications and Data Analytics business areas.
  • Spot opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and add new service lines.
  • Work with executive leadership and cross-functional partners to advance organization-wide strategic priorities.

What You Bring

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5 to 7 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in leadership roles involving teams, budgets, and strategic programs.
  • Background in marketing operations, agency-style service delivery, or client-facing marketing leadership.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing disciplines including email, paid media, SEO, content planning, social media, marketing automation, and website optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to apply AI and automation to improve marketing performance and operational outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Strong business and financial judgment, including experience with budgets, forecasting, and service-line profitability.
  • Experience in credit unions or financial services is an advantage.
