This portfolio comprises physical safety products such as signs, floor marking, pipe markers, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) devices, complemented by digital safety solutions and safety services. The position also oversees the Field Service Engineering team in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Product Managers in identifying new growth opportunities across physical, digital, and service-based safety solutions, maintaining a prioritized portfolio balancing short-term wins and long-term digital and services initiatives.

- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to comprehend distributor and customer needs, crafting business cases to ensure product alignment with channel dynamics.
- Drive development beyond physical products into software, digital workflows, and safety services, identifying new adjacent business possibilities.
- Champion rigorous product management practices throughout the VWS organization, fostering alignment with engineering, operations, marketing, and regional commercial teams.
- Lead and optimize the Field Service Engineering team’s operations across the U.S., focusing on territory management, swift technical support, and high customer satisfaction for installations and repairs.
- Mentor and develop Technical Product Managers, enhancing their expertise in safety markets, channel dynamics, and product lifecycle management.
- Contribute actively to global product leadership by aligning the VWS strategy with Brady’s larger portfolio and growth objectives.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, preferably engineering; an MBA is advantageous.
- At least 8 years of product management experience encompassing hardware/physical and software or services-based products.
- A minimum of 2 years experience managing or mentoring Product Managers in mid-sized industrial or B2B companies with revenues between $500M and $5B.
- Background in safety, compliance, or industrial sectors preferred, with familiarity of OSHA, ANSI, ISO workplace safety regulations a notable plus.
- Proven expertise in handling multi-channel portfolios, including distribution partners and direct eCommerce channels.
