Overview
Brady Corporation is seeking a dedicated Marketing Automation Specialist to lead campaign development, automate marketing processes, and segment customers effectively to enhance sales pipeline growth. This role requires leveraging expertise in marketing automation platforms to build automated workflows, identify target accounts in the market, and create customer segments that support multi-channel marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement marketing automation workflows aimed at boosting sales efficiency.
- Utilize data from multiple sources including CRM and CDP to enhance targeting and customize marketing messages.
- Apply MarTech knowledge to precisely select customer groups across marketing automation and customer data platforms.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Brady’s customer personas, segments, and purchasing paths to create actionable audience groups for personalized campaign triggers.
- Consistently test and refine automation and targeting techniques to maximize return on investment.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, demand generation, ecommerce, and other teams to coordinate and execute account-based marketing initiatives.
- Convert data insights into practical sales enablement tools to accelerate pipeline growth and cross-selling.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and cleanliness to support reliable reporting and seamless integration among data sources.
- Participate in account-based marketing strategy deployment by spotting in-market accounts and driving collaborative action.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related fields (marketing, communications, business administration, economics) or technical domains (computer science, information systems, statistics).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing automation, CRM, email marketing, or analytics roles.
- Proven track record managing projects within a fast-paced, matrixed organizational structure.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua or Pardot.
- Salesforce familiarity is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.
- Detail-oriented approach with commitment to quality outcomes.
