  • Establish a system audit and inspection team to support compliance.
  • Maintain documentation aligned with Quality Management System standards including regular updates and approvals.
  • Manage Change Control Boards infrastructure and ensure engagement on system standards changes.
  • Lead business case justifications for continuous improvement initiatives and ensure business readiness through adoption and training oversight.
  • Promote best practice engagement within Functional Centers of Excellence.

  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, FPX, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma or Process Excellence are advantageous.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, finance, or related business functions within multi-ERP/system environments.
  • Proven experience supporting or leading large-scale ERP transformation or implementation initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills engaging from operational teams to senior leadership.
  • Experience in people leadership and development, managing direct and indirect reports as well as internal and external partners.
