About the Company and Role
Our client is a leading technology group specializing in security technology, electronics, and system integration. The company operates with robust, medium-sized enterprise structures and long-standing B2B and B2G customer relationships. Considering current security policy developments, the company is set for continued growth in the upcoming years. They are looking for a Senior Transformation Consultant to oversee the optimization and development of complex business processes across diverse areas including development, production, sales, and their interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for advancing process improvements across the entire corporate group.
- Independently manage and ensure quality control for complex transformation and optimization initiatives.
- Advise executive leadership on organizational development and coordinate with external partners and experts.
- Maintain strict monitoring of results and budgets.
- Drive and institutionalize change management for lasting impact within the company.
- Provide regular reports and work closely with holding and subsidiary company executives.
- Prioritize project portfolios across all subsidiaries.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and establish best practices group-wide.
Candidate Profile
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering Sciences, or Computer Science (Diploma or Master's level).
- Experience spanning 8 to 15 years, with substantial tenure in consultancy for medium enterprises or transformation projects; leadership experience is advantageous.
- Strong methodological expertise in optimizing sales and production processes using Lean, Kaizen, value stream analysis, and/or agile methods like Scrum.
- Proven track record in independently managing projects from initiation to delivery.
- Familiarity with SME environments or similarly complex organizational structures.
- Willingness to travel 20–40%, mainly within Germany initially, with prospects for international travel.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on results and execution drive.
- Ability to switch seamlessly between strategic analysis and hands-on operational involvement.
- Persuasive communication skills without formal authority, effective both on the shop floor and within management.
- Organized working style coupled with high analytical competence and mastery of methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
- Resilience, directness, and reliability, even under challenging project conditions.
