This program focuses on Business Administration and International Industrial Management, offered in collaboration with the HWR Berlin. Students alternate between theoretical studies and practical phases at Pfizer's Berlin site, gaining a comprehensive understanding of both academic knowledge and real-world business processes.

Program Structure

The dual study lasts three years with theory and practice blocks typically alternating every three months.

Practical Experience

• Exposure to departments such as Marketing, Purchasing, Sales, Material Management, IT, Human Resources, and Finance
• Active participation in daily operations and projects
• Attendance at congresses and trade fairs with communication involving internal contacts, agencies, doctors, and pharmacists
• Insights into various therapeutic areas and pharmaceutical industry processes at Pfizer

Candidate Profile

• Good grades in (technical) high school diploma, especially in German, Mathematics, and English
• Interest and enthusiasm for economic subjects and the pharmaceutical industry
• Engagement beyond school activities and basic familiarity with MS Office
• Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English conversation
• Goal-driven mindset with high motivation to learn and ability to work well in a team

Application Process
