Employment Details and Compensation

• Full-time role with 38 hours per week
• Hourly wage starting at $39.91 plus superannuation and other benefits
• At least 5% above the award rate

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement exceptional learning programs in collaboration with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader
• Ensure safety and inclusivity so every child thrives in their environment
• Support children’s early learning and development aligned with frameworks and standards

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
• Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current South Australian Working with Children Check clearance
