Role Overview
Goodstart Early Learning Ingle Farm seeks a Diploma Qualified Educator to join their team full-time, located at 2 Roopena Street, Ingle Farm, South Australia, on Kaurna Country. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to early childhood development while advancing your career.

Employment Details and Compensation
- Full-time role with 38 hours per week
- Hourly wage starting at $39.91 plus superannuation and other benefits
- At least 5% above the award rate

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement exceptional learning programs in collaboration with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader
- Ensure safety and inclusivity so every child thrives in their environment
- Support children’s early learning and development aligned with frameworks and standards
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current South Australian Working with Children Check clearance
