The Ritz-Carlton, Doha invites dedicated individuals to join their renowned team as Spa Therapists specializing in the male area. Located in the luxury resort by the Arabian Gulf, candidates will contribute to delivering exceptional service within elegantly designed spa facilities while upholding the legendary hospitality standards the brand is known for.
Key Responsibilities
Spa Therapists are integral in supporting various spa operations to ensure guests receive memorable experiences. Duties include promoting spa services and retail products, managing reservations and guest check-ins, providing detailed knowledge of services, processing payments efficiently, and maintaining a safe, clean, and professional work environment. Staff are expected to be physically active, including standing, walking on uneven surfaces, and occasional lifting of objects up to 25 pounds with assistance.
Qualifications and Expectations
Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent. No prior experience or supervisory history is required, and certification is not mandatory. Preference is given to male candidates to serve the male area clientele. The role requires a strong commitment to company policies, quality standards, personal grooming, and communication standards.
