Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

We seek a dedicated and results-oriented Digital Growth Specialist to lead efforts in acquiring users, boosting engagement, and expanding brand presence for our digital platforms. Initially, your main emphasis will be on our education technology services, with involvement in other emerging platforms within our Bright Techno Tonic network.

• Devise, initiate, manage, and refine high-impact advertising initiatives on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok.
• Craft digital marketing approaches to enhance brand visibility, platform sign-ups, and customer acquisition.
• Oversee and optimize advertisement budgets to ensure peak campaign efficiency and return on investment.
• Produce, schedule, publish, and administer content across various company social media accounts.
• Foster and nurture online communities by promptly and professionally engaging with audience comments and messages.
• Continuously monitor campaign effectiveness, optimizing target audiences, creatives, placements, and bidding methods.
• Analyze marketing indicators, ad effectiveness, website visits, and social media statistics.
• Generate timely weekly and monthly reports outlining insights and actionable recommendations.
• Stay informed on emerging digital marketing prospects, platform changes, and social media trends that could expedite growth.
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to reveal new avenues for expansion.
• Collaborate with video editors, graphic designers, videographers, and content creators to implement integrated marketing campaigns.
• Suggest innovative digital growth strategies aimed at improving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall platform success.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of verifiable experience in digital or growth marketing roles.
• Proven success managing campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads platforms.
• Deep understanding of paid social advertising, audience segmentation, campaign performance optimization, conversion tracking, and performance-driven marketing.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into business growth.
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other reporting software.
• Well-versed in contemporary social media trends, algorithms, and digital consumer behaviors.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience managing multiple projects concurrently in fast-moving settings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing digital products, SaaS, mobile apps, or educational technology platforms.
• Knowledge of Google Ads and search engine optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and experimentation for growth.
• Understanding of CRM software and marketing automation tools.
• Experience in startup environments or high-growth tech companies.
