Role Summary
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will spearhead messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for new product launches and AI advancements. Acting as a domain expert, this role crafts compelling value propositions aligned with customer needs and empowers internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, Partners, and Customer Success with the tools required for market success. The focus is on transforming complex technology into clear narratives that drive sales pipeline and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing market and customer research to understand buyer needs and develop clear, differentiated messaging for target audiences.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on customer pain points and product insights.
- Own essential collateral including messaging frameworks, FAQs, and product demos to enable sales effectiveness.
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product and feature releases, collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Facilitate cross-departmental partnerships to align messaging and develop impactful solution assets.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve measurable business outcomes and contribute to company growth.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic plans, support swift decision-making, and deliver meaningful results.
Qualifications
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in product marketing within the technology sector.
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation capabilities.
- Proven expertise in defining and driving go-to-market strategies across marketing, sales, partner, and customer teams.
- History of creating messaging frameworks and positioning that resonate with buyers on both individual and platform levels.
- Ability to craft clear and persuasive customer-facing messaging and materials.
- Experience applying AI tools to enhance content creation and streamline workflows.
- Deep knowledge of B2B SaaS, particularly the revenue orchestration domain, including competitor and AI advancements.
- Demonstrated aptitude for rapid, data-informed decision-making to meet business goals.
- Bachelor's degree is required.

Compensation
The annual base salary range for this position is between $130,000 and $155,000. Additional compensation may include incentive bonuses, restricted stock units, and benefits.
