Job description
Role overview
This position sits within the Global Mobility Services function and is focused on helping employees settle smoothly into new locations across APAC. The role ensures destination services are delivered consistently, mobility policies are followed, vendor performance is monitored, and employees receive a strong relocation experience.
Service scope
- Housing support: help employees explore rental options and negotiate lease terms.
- Settling-in support: assist with practical setup tasks such as opening bank accounts and arranging utilities.
- Area familiarisation: introduce employees to nearby community facilities, office surroundings, and commonly preferred rental areas.
- School search support: for employees relocating with children, provide school information, arrange school visits, and guide the application process.
Key responsibilities
- Manage landing destination services across APAC countries and work toward higher employee satisfaction and more consistent operational standards.
- Allocate APAC cases to vendors and maintain strong service quality by coordinating effectively with global vendors and local partners.
- Act as a primary contact for escalations and complicated cases, responding quickly and ensuring issues are followed through to resolution.
- Partner with the Policy team, HROP team, and business teams to understand requirements and ensure operational readiness.
- Improve the employee experience by maintaining a knowledge base for APAC countries, training internal and external stakeholders, and creating or refreshing country-specific checklists, guides, and manuals.
Qualifications
The role requires a bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline, along with at least 4 years of experience in global mobility, destination services, or international relocation operations, ideally in a multinational environment. Candidates should have experience managing third-party vendors or relocation management companies across multiple countries or regions and understand the full relocation journey, including home search, settling-in, and school search services. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills are essential.
Preferred strengths
Additional advantages include excellent communication, strong problem-solving ability, resilience, adaptability to changing business needs, and the capacity to analyse data logically and turn insights into improvement actions.
