Role Summary
This position is centered on customer success and revenue protection. The role supports better customer experience, renewal outcomes, churn reduction, and stronger adoption and consumption of services. It is a tactical role that also helps shape operating plans in line with business strategy and has a meaningful mid-term effect on the business unit’s results.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is required. An MBA or similar advanced qualification is preferred. The role calls for 7 to 12 years of experience in enterprise sales or service management.
Skills & Knowledge
The role requires the ability to build strong executive-level relationships with important customer stakeholders. It also calls for financial understanding, including the ability to review profit and loss statements, build business cases, and report against them. Contract knowledge is important, including the capacity to read and interpret terms and conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the customer contract onboarding journey and ensure coordination among Sales, Solutions, Program Management, and key customer stakeholders.
- Set up the customer engagement and governance structure together with the client.
- Improve service adoption by analyzing usage patterns, forecasting capacity needs, and identifying trends.
- Track the customer success measures agreed during onboarding and ensure they are achieved in line with mutual expectations.
- Create and carry out action plans based on customer inputs such as CSAT, NPS, and other voice-of-customer channels.
- Build a clear renewal and retention approach for the assigned accounts and drive its execution.
- Oversee service credits, contractual commitments, and dispute resolution matters.
