Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The role focuses on acquiring new customers for Savings and Current Accounts while promoting a variety of banking products such as Fixed Deposits, Personal Loans, Home Loans, Insurance, Credit Cards, and Investment options. The specialist will play a vital part in building and nurturing strong relationships with customers, ensuring thorough KYC and regulatory compliance, and coordinating seamless onboarding processes with branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients for Savings and Current Accounts.
- Promote diverse banking products including Fixed Deposits, Personal Loans, Home Loans, Insurance, Credit Cards, and Investments.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers.
- Ensure all KYC documentation is accurately completed and regulatory guidelines are followed.
- Liaise closely with branch operations to facilitate smooth onboarding for new customers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience may qualify for certain Associate Manager positions.
