About the Company
Cogent E-Services Limited is seeking to hire a Customer Care Officer for their Voice and Sales process. This role involves managing inbound calls from customers and promoting various banking products.
Job Responsibilities
- Professionally manage inbound calls from customers.
- Recommend and upsell banking products including credit/debit card upgrades, EMI conversions, loan top-ups, and insurance products.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries accurately.
- Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales objectives.
- Record details of customer interactions accurately in the system.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be between 18 and 30 years of age.
- Fluency in English and Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Completion of 12th standard is compulsory.
