About the Role
Cogent E Services Pvt Ltd is looking to recruit Telesales Executives to join their outbound sales team based in Gurgaon. The position primarily involves engaging customers via phone calls to promote various insurance products including life, term, and health insurance, addressing customer queries, and ensuring excellent service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls following the assigned sales process.
- Promote insurance products such as life, term, and health insurance policies.
- Accurately understand and respond to customer needs and inquiries.
- Maintain adherence to call quality standards, compliance protocols, and proper documentation.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Provide professional and courteous interaction to customers to enhance their experience.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
- Minimum education qualification: 12th pass.
- At least 6 months of experience in health insurance sales.
- Age limit: up to 35 years.
- Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.
- Versant level 4 or 5 in voice communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Compensation and Work Schedule
- Monthly fixed salary ranging between ₹23,000 and ₹25,000 depending on experience and interview performance.
- Work schedule entails 6 working days per week with rotational weekly offs.
- Male employees will work on 24x7 rotational shifts.
- Female employees have shifts within 7 AM to 7 PM window.
