Role Overview
We seek a dedicated and proactive CRM Executive focused on sales to cultivate lasting customer relationships, boost satisfaction, and assist in driving sales expansion through efficient customer engagement and follow-up activities.
Primary Duties
- Accurately manage and update customer records.
- Establish and nurture long-term connections with customers.
- Professionally address customer queries, feedback, and complaints.
- Conduct follow-up communications via calls and messages with existing clientele.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Organize customer engagement initiatives including festive greetings and loyalty programs.
- Monitor customer purchase patterns to discover opportunities for repeat business.
- Dispatch promotional content, offers, and invitations using WhatsApp, SMS, email, and phone calls.
- Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and generate CRM performance reports.
- Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in any field.
- Between 1 to 3 years’ experience in CRM, customer service, telecalling, or customer relations.
- Excellent communication abilities in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.
- Competent with MS Excel and fundamental computer applications.
- Customer-focused mindset, positive attitude, and sound organizational skills.
- Preference given to female candidates.
- Pleasant demeanor combined with proficient communication and client management capabilities.
- Adept at multitasking and thriving in a dynamic retail environment.
