About the Role

A B Infotech seeks an Inside Sales Executive to manage IndiaMART leads and convert inquiries into confirmed orders in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role involves prompt communication with prospective clients, understanding their needs, recommending appropriate products, and ensuring successful sales transaction completion.

Key Duties

  • Swiftly respond to IndiaMART leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Analyze customer requirements to suggest suitable machines and solutions.
  • Create and send quotations, following up regularly to encourage order finalization.
  • Update CRM daily with detailed lead information.
  • Collaborate with operations for processing and delivering orders.
  • Develop strong relationships to promote repeat customer business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and maintain a strong lead conversion ratio.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 1 to 3 years experience in inside sales or telesales roles.
  • Proficient communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented personality with rigorous follow-up discipline.
  • Prior experience in handling IndiaMART or similar B2B inquiry platforms is advantageous.

Performance Metrics

  • Speed of response to new leads.
  • Number of daily calls and follow-ups performed.
  • Quotation to order conversion rates.
  • Achievement of monthly sales targets.
  • Customer satisfaction and frequency of repeat orders.
