Job Overview

The Creative Producer role involves working 37.5 hours weekly in a hybrid setup requiring at least two days in our Old Street, London office (EC1V 9BW). Reporting to the Executive Creative Director, this position plays a critical role in driving ambitious creative projects to fruition.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead campaign, activation, content program, creator partnership, and experiential production from concept through execution.
  • Create production strategies, scopes, budgets, and schedules that optimize creative opportunities and ensure successful delivery.
  • Select and manage the best suited production partners, creators, vendors, and freelancers for each project.
  • Provide feasibility advice, introduce innovative production solutions, and incorporate emerging technologies to elevate creative outputs.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with production companies, creators, studios, and experiential suppliers.
  • Oversee budget negotiation, contract management, and external expenses responsibly.
  • Anticipate and resolve challenges and complexities in production to uphold creative quality and project success.
  • Ensure project execution meets the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with creative, account, and client teams to offer production expertise and guidance.
  • Support new business initiatives by advising on production approaches, budgeting, and delivery.
  • Continually research and apply new technologies, platforms, and tools to enhance client offerings.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 7 years of experience in creative, integrated, content, or experiential production roles.
  • Proven track record delivering integrated campaigns, content programs, social campaigns, and live experiences.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary production disciplines including social, digital, content, experiential, and emerging technologies.
  • Experience managing production budgets, scopes, timelines, and external vendor relationships.
  • Ability to handle complex projects and deliver ambitious creative work simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial acumen balancing creativity with practical considerations.
  • Established network of production partners, creators, and suppliers.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Calm, solution-oriented mindset to resolve problems creatively under pressure.
  • Passion for creativity, culture, and executing great ideas.

Additional Advantageous Skills

  • Experience in PR, integrated communications, or creative agency environments.
  • Experience producing creator-led, social-first, or cultural campaigns.
  • Background in experiential activations, product launches, stunts, or live events.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven production workflows and innovation-focused production methods.
  • Contribution to award-winning or widely recognized creative projects.
  • Existing relationships with creators, studios, or specialist suppliers.
