Role Overview

We seek an experienced leader to head and expand our creator marketing capability within the ZDX leadership team. This strategic role combines client advisory, team leadership, thought leadership, and commercial growth, shaping creator strategies for high-profile clients and evolving our creator offerings across the agency.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead creator marketing strategies across multiple client sectors.
  • Deliver senior client consultation using audience insights, platform trends, and creator intelligence to shape data-driven roadmaps.
  • Ensure creator programs integrate with broader communications and business goals.
  • Manage campaign lifecycle from creator discovery through execution and analysis.
  • Serve as trusted senior client lead and advisor on creator-led initiatives.
  • Present strategy and campaign plans to senior client and agency stakeholders.
  • Develop and refine Zeno London’s creator marketing proposition and services.
  • Identify and incubate new creator marketing opportunities, emerging platforms, and trends.
  • Establish frameworks and best practices for consistent, high-quality creator campaign delivery.
  • Collaborate across global teams to share insights and contribute to network-wide initiatives.
  • Advocate adoption of AI and emerging tech for improved efficiency in creator discovery, audience analysis, content optimization, reporting, and program innovation.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of creator specialists and wider digital members.
  • Guide recruitment, onboarding, and career development within the creator function.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative environment fostering creativity and continuous learning.
  • Partner across account, strategy, creative, paid media, analytics, and production teams to execute integrated campaigns.
  • Represent Zeno's creator marketing externally by engaging in industry events, panels, and content creation.
  • Build strong partnerships within the creator ecosystem including talent managers, agencies, platforms, and industry stakeholders.
  • Drive new business by identifying growth opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
  • Lead creator-focused initiatives in pitches and agency expansions.
  • Support commercial management including forecasting, scoping and profitability for creator campaigns.
  • Help shape ZDX’s strategy and the agency’s long-term vision for creator marketing.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in creator/influencer marketing, social media, digital or integrated marketing within agency and/or in-house roles.
  • Proven leadership creating and managing creator strategies for consumer, corporate, technology, healthcare, or regulated accounts.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the UK creator landscape, social media platforms, and digital culture shifts.
  • Expertise throughout the creator marketing lifecycle including talent management, contracting, content creation, paid media amplification, and measurement.
  • Experience managing extensive, multi-market integrated creator programs.
  • Strong strategic, commercial, and client leadership skills with track record in growing client relationships and agency revenue.
  • Excellent at presenting to and advising senior executive clients and integrated agency teams.
  • Skilled at leading teams, fostering collaboration across diverse specialists.
  • Active industry presence, engaging in thought leadership and external representation.
  • Strong network across creators, talent agencies, platforms and industry peers.
