Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with headquarters to gather and modify marketing communications reflecting regional strategies and business priorities.
- Coordinate with translation agencies ensuring precise Arabic localization and collaborate with local teams for quality control.
- Partner with marketing, e-commerce, and market teams to align communications with launch schedules and inventory considerations.
- Support briefing and validation processes for newsletters and WhatsApp campaigns, ensuring correct targeting, volume, and approvals.
- Assist in constructing target segments and automations within Adobe Campaign to facilitate clienteling via our retail platform.
- Help develop clienteling guidelines and event templates for VIP client engagements.
- Support regional CRM and loyalty projects, including overseeing gifting activations by guiding market targeting and managing gift stock alongside supply chain teams.
- Perform bi-monthly analysis of CRM campaigns using PowerBI dashboards.
- Track and report performance of Clienteling, WhatsApp, and newsletter communications using PowerBI, Google Analytics, and Sinch tools.
- Assist in updating regional monthly client development scorecards and reviewing KPIs with markets to monitor progress and follow up on action plans.
- Provide analytics support and presentations for senior management regarding the regional client database.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate keen interest and preferably prior experience in CRM, retail, or digital marketing, ideally within luxury retail or beauty sectors.
- Exhibit strong analytical aptitude with proficiency in interpreting data to inform decisions; comfortable using analytical tools such as Excel and PowerBI, and CRM systems like Salesforce or Adobe Campaign is advantageous.
- Excellent written communication skills and interpersonal abilities with great attention to detail and aptitude for managing multiple assignments on schedule.
- Ability to function effectively within a matrix organizational structure and collaborate across various teams.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic and/or French considered a valuable asset.
