About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the operational strategy aligned with corporate goals and local market potential.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all in-country business operations, ensuring coordination with regional and global teams.
- Monitor market developments, competitor behavior, and regulatory changes to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Formulate annual business strategies, budgeting, and forecasting for the Ghanaian market.
- Oversee daily operations across retail outlets and digital platforms, ensuring efficient management of customer support, payments, risk, and trading.
- Implement and track key performance indicators to maintain high operational standards.
- Promote process improvements, automation, and cost efficiency across all operational areas.
- Ensure compliance with all local gaming laws, licensing, and regulations while liaising with legal and regulatory bodies.
- Champion responsible gambling initiatives across all channels.
- Strategize and drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement tailored to local preferences.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and trading teams to offer competitive products.
- Maintain exceptional customer experiences through oversight of service quality, complaint handling, and assurance standards.
- Monitor pricing, odds competitiveness, and market liquidity in response to customer demands.
- Recruit, lead, and develop high-performing teams across operations, retail, and support functions.
- Foster leadership, mentorship, and professional growth among team members.
- Manage external partnerships including vendors, payment providers, and affiliates.
- Promote a culture emphasizing integrity, accountability, and excellence.
