Role Overview
PBL Transport Corporation Private Limited is hiring a driven and committed trainer for its Greater Visakhapatnam Area office. This role focuses on welcoming new employees, helping them understand company systems, and ensuring they are equipped to work confidently from the start.
What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver onboarding sessions for new team members on company software, policies, SOPs, and key business workflows.
- Create and refresh learning assets such as training videos, policy guides, and SOP documentation so the material stays accurate and current.
- Run periodic training sessions whenever software, policies, or processes are updated.
- Resolve employee doubts, provide refresher training, and offer extra support to improve understanding.
- Monitor trainee progress and the overall impact of training, then refine the program where needed.
Candidate Profile
- Graduation in any discipline is required.
- Previous experience in employee training or a comparable role is preferred.
- Comfort working in Hindi, Telugu, and English is expected; additional languages will be an advantage.
- A solid understanding of business processes is important.
- Ability to learn and use tools such as ERP systems and applicant tracking software quickly.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Clear communication, patience, diligence, and the ability to explain processes in a simple way are essential.
- A meticulous approach and a strong focus on producing high-quality training content are needed.
