About the Role
Nexa Core HR Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join their team in Kolkata on a full-time basis. This position is ideal for candidates with up to three years of experience, including freshers who demonstrate strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social networks, and employee referrals.
- Evaluate candidates’ resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess suitability.
- Arrange interviews and coordinate schedules between candidates and clients.
- Maintain communication with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process until their joining.
- Keep accurate recruitment records and consistently meet hiring objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office tools.
- A proactive, positive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow.
