As a Corporate Recruiter with us, you will take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle for complex and impactful positions, while serving as a trusted partner to hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, Finance & Accounting, and corporate professional positions
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to fully understand talent needs, role criteria, and labor market trends
• Design and implement strategic sourcing approaches utilizing job boards, referrals, networking, and professional platforms
• Conduct thorough candidate evaluations including phone screening and structured interviews
• Advise hiring managers on interview techniques, compensation standards, and selection decisions
• Oversee the candidate journey from initial contact through offer acceptance and onboarding
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive recruiting data within the Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Continuously enhance recruiting processes and strategies for better hiring outcomes

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven ability to handle multiple job openings and stakeholder relationships simultaneously
• Strong skills in sourcing candidates and performing candidate assessments
• Capability to influence hiring managers effectively and act as a strategic business partner
• Excellent organizational skills paired with clear communication and follow-up abilities
• Comfortable working fully on-site in a results-oriented environment
