Corporate Recruiter - Entry Level with $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $45,000 to $50,000 annually plus a $20,000 bonus target per year

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships and communication channels with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to ensure positions are filled with top talent
• Proactively source a diverse pool of applicants using various recruiting methods and tools
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities including phone screenings, interviews, and extending offers while overseeing a smooth onboarding process for new hires
• Accurately record all candidate interactions, interview statuses, offers, and feedback in the Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Handle onboarding documentation and candidate disposition tasks with high attention to detail

Candidate Profile

• Between zero and two years of experience in full-cycle recruiting preferred but not mandatory
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work full-time on-site in an office environment
• Excellent skills in building relationships and communicating effectively
• Self-driven, ambitious, and motivated by metrics and goal achievement
• Adaptability to utilize modern recruitment technologies
• College degree is preferred though not a strict requirement; military veterans are especially encouraged to apply
