Job description
About Teaching Socials
Teaching Socials is the leading consulting firm specializing in personal brands in the German-speaking region. The team consists of 25 high achievers. Within two years, the company scaled from zero to a consistent monthly revenue exceeding 750,000 euros. Their mission is to support real estate and finance entrepreneurs in making their personal brands visible, reliably attracting more clients, and scaling their businesses.
Role Overview
As the Content Producer, you will be the driving force behind our content production. You will ensure every shoot is well-prepared, all ads and videos are released punctually, and events are thoroughly documented. While our creatives devise ideas, you make them actionable, organized, and delivered on time. When you arrive, everything is ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize shoot preparations: create shooting schedules and shot lists, provide scripts, manage locations, and ensure timely procurement of props and equipment to avoid any on-set shortages.
- Manage the production pipeline: coordinate videos and ads through a structured and timed process.
- Ensure deadlines are met and keep project status transparent at all times.
- Plan and execute event productions, including client testimonials, after-movies, and on-site captures, managing crews and delivery.
- Coordinate procurement and vendor relations: organize vendors, equipment, and teams with clear lead times.
- Facilitate reliable, scheduled handovers between Content and Marketing teams instead of ad hoc requests.
- Take full ownership and maintain an overview of all ongoing productions, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
Success Metrics
- Shoots consistently commence fully prepared.
- Videos and advertisements are launched on schedule.
- Event content is reliably delivered.
- Significant reduction in founder involvement with set organization.
- A predictable, well-planned production pipeline replaces last-minute chaos.
Benefits & Environment
- Immediate responsibility and creative freedom from day one.
- A rapidly growing company with a clear vision and a strong team.
- An environment where your content generates genuine reach and impact.
- Flat hierarchies with direct communication channels to editing, social media, and leadership.
- Modern equipment, professional structures, and a fully digital work environment.
- 100% remote work with on-site presence as required for shoots or events.
- Direct collaboration and impact on leading personal brands in the DACH region.
- Opportunity for self-realization and individual accountability.
- Fast implementation of internal ideas within a young and ambitious growth environment.
- Above-average compensation.
- Continuous personal development and contributing to a shared mission.
- Investment in skill development and training.
- Four team events annually.
Values
Our values are articulated in the Teaching Socials Manifest.
Application Process
Please apply with your resume, relevant production references (shoots, events, content pipelines you have managed), and a response to the question: Describe an elaborate shoot or event you managed from preparation through delivery — how did you ensure nothing was missing?
Candidate Profile
- Preferably possess hands-on production experience in the creator or agency sector.
- Basic understanding of editing concepts such as timing, B-Roll cues, and captions to aid in planning (not execution).
- Experience in event production.
- Experience or transferable skills related to finance or real estate sectors.
Not Suitable For
- Creatives who want to direct, edit, or design strategies themselves.
- Individuals who react passively and accept chaos as normal.
- Traditional office managers without production or shoot knowledge.
- People who require constant supervision instead of self-motivation.
- Applicants merely seeking a job without growth ambitions.
