About Teaching Socials

Teaching Socials stands as a rapidly expanding consultancy in the DACH region, specializing in personal brand development within finance and real estate sectors. Their mission is to amplify reach, build authority, and increase revenue, requiring top performers in their team.

Role Overview and Impact

As the Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Teaching Socials, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process—from active sourcing to signing employment contracts. This role is focused solely on talent acquisition with clear performance metrics, without engaging in HR administrative or morale-related tasks.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Engage in active sourcing and talent scouting through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, communities, and events.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and establish first contact via phone calls to assess fit using scorecards.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job profiles and craft compelling job descriptions for posting.
  • Control the recruitment funnel by screening applicants, compiling shortlists, coordinating and conducting interviews, overseeing case tasks, and checking references.
  • Maintain close communication with hiring managers to coordinate next steps effectively.
  • Handle job postings on relevant job boards and channels while cultivating and maintaining talent pools.
  • Deliver weekly reports summarizing sourcing activities, interviews, offers, time-to-fill metrics, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Administer ATS/CRM (Recruitee), continuously improving templates and standard operating procedures.

Additional Role Activities

  • Conduct initial candidate conversations to verify suitability for specific roles.
  • Schedule and lead interviews, guiding candidates through the selection process.
  • Develop precise, measurable role requirement profiles jointly with functional teams.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships to maintain an active talent pipeline.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding handover to operations and team leads, providing feedback to enhance recruiting processes.

Why Join Teaching Socials?

  • Work within a results-driven environment with high standards and accountability.
  • Benefit from swift decision-making and direct access to founders and hiring managers.
  • Participate in a growth-focused culture valuing discipline, ambition, and ownership.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in agency, consulting, or high-growth environments.
  • Proven success in outbound sourcing and filling challenging positions.
  • Proficiency with interview methodologies and selection techniques such as structured interviews and scorecards.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and talent databases coupled with excellent research abilities.
  • High proficiency in German (C1+), with strong written and verbal communication; English skills are advantageous.
  • A data-driven approach with capability to manage recruitment based on KPIs.

What We Do Not Seek

  • HR generalists without active sourcing responsibilities.
  • Candidates uncomfortable with fast-paced environments or overly bureaucratic processes relying on passive recruitment methods.
  • Individuals looking for just another job instead of making visible hiring impacts.
