Position Overview
Biocon Biologics is offering a one-year contract position for MBBS graduates as Consultant Medical Affairs within their Medical Affairs department. This role provides early-career professionals an opportunity to gain practical exposure in the pharmaceutical industry by supporting medical communications, scientific strategy, evidence generation, and collaborating with various functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver scientific and medical support concerning the company’s products and therapeutic areas.
- Assist with literature reviews, analyze clinical data, and prepare scientific presentations and medical content.
- Help organize and implement medical educational initiatives, advisory boards, and scientific meetings.
- Address medical inquiries from healthcare professionals promptly and in compliance with regulations.
- Review promotional and non-promotional materials for medical accuracy.
- Support activities related to real-world evidence, clinical research, and publication processes as needed.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across different departments.
- Keep updated on scientific developments, treatment protocols, and competitor activity within assigned areas.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, ethical guidelines, and applicable legal requirements.
