Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Content and Community Specialist who will be instrumental in growing our organic social media presence and nurturing our creator program. Based at our Seaford showroom, this role operates Monday to Friday on-site and involves hands-on content creation and strategic community management. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Head of Ecommerce & Acquisition and the Paid Media team to translate performance insights into compelling content and creator strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead organic growth efforts across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, owning content strategy and execution aligned with company goals.
- Create briefs and film engaging content within the Seaford showroom, capturing installs, fabric details, and transformations.
- Use data-driven insights from paid media campaigns to inform and optimize content production.
- Develop and manage the creator community by actively sharing successful tactics, participating in collaborations, and building strong relationships.
- Contribute to creative review sessions, analyzing top-performing content and replicating successful approaches.
- Drive measurable growth metrics including follower engagement, organic traffic, and creator community expansion.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a high-growth DTC or ecommerce brand; backgrounds in retail, consumer goods, or technology are welcomed.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve significant organic growth with quantifiable results.
- Proven experience briefing and filming viral content as well as sourcing, onboarding, or managing creators.
- Strong analytical mindset capable of interpreting performance metrics to enhance content strategies.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment, juggling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.

Additional Information
This position is based full-time at our Seaford showroom, Monday through Friday, requiring candidates to be located in or willing to commute to Melbourne’s southeast. Proof of eligibility to work in Australia is mandatory for application.
