Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to join the launch team for Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jeddah at the Corniche. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this pivotal leadership role entails spearheading the hotel's commercial success by overseeing Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Public Relations functions to maximize revenue and strengthen brand presence within the luxury segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all commercial departments including Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, Marketing Communications, and Public Relations.
- Formulate and execute the Annual Sales and Marketing plan and budget aligning with property goals.
- Partner with the General Manager in setting pricing strategies, distribution channel management, market segmentation, and promotional campaigns.
- Enhance brand visibility through well-crafted PR initiatives, media collaborations, and content marketing.
- Manage social media strategies collaboratively with the PR Director to boost engagement and brand messaging.
- Analyze market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and foster strategic business relationships.
- Maintain consistency in brand communication across all platforms and at every guest interaction point.
- Recruit, mentor, and guide a capable commercial team focused on delivering quantifiable outcomes and upholding brand integrity.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive leadership experience in Sales and Marketing, complemented by proficiency in revenue and budget oversight.
- Expertise in luxury hospitality with up-to-date insights on customer behaviors and travel market trends.
- Proven track record managing commercial strategies for hotel pre-openings or repositioning projects.
- Excellent analytical, creative problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a passion for innovation and narrative-driven branding.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
- Must have legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia.
