Role overview

This position is part of a company-wide health initiative focused on improving wellbeing through technology. The role centers on shaping intelligent, user-friendly tools that support better health journeys and more accessible care.

As a clinical specialist, you will bring clinical judgment, communication strength, and leadership to guide product content, design, and execution. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to help build and evaluate AI-driven mental health solutions.

The organization works toward helping people stay healthier in everyday life, supporting care teams, improving health information and tools, advancing research with artificial intelligence, and contributing data and insights to the public health community.

Minimum qualifications

  • A doctoral qualification in a clinical discipline such as MD, PsyD, PhD, or an equivalent credential.
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience after completing the doctoral degree, nursing degree, or an equivalent program; this total includes training.
  • At least 2 years of experience evaluating AI products or digital health product development.

Preferred qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a digital health company, payer organization, health system, or healthcare information technology company.
  • Experience bringing an AI-based health product from the concept stage into real-world use.
  • Comfort working in complex, fast-moving, and unclear environments alongside cross-functional product teams.
  • A demonstrated publication record in peer-reviewed clinical AI evaluation research.
  • Experience assessing AI in healthcare settings using both quantitative and qualitative methods to measure safety, quality, and effectiveness.

Compensation and benefits

Pay is based on job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The U.S. total compensation range is $150,000 to $218,000 annually, with a 15% bonus target, plus equity and benefits.
