Digital Health Specialist - Physical Therapist (Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Physical Therapist specialized in digital health to provide both in-person and virtual therapy services for patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions in a hybrid work environment based in Land O' Lakes, FL.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments both in-clinic and via telehealth platforms.
• Create individualized care plans, track patient progress, and maintain precise treatment documentation.
• Conduct telehealth evaluations, assessments, and develop remote treatment strategies using digital tools.
• Perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) and facilitate ongoing communication with patients and clinical teams.
• Assist in the development and expansion of digital health programs and analyze relevant data to support regional service growth.
• Partner with healthcare providers and leadership to enhance remote care delivery and effectively address patient requirements.
• Engage in marketing efforts and contribute to program development activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Possess a diploma from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program and hold or be in the process of acquiring licensure in Florida.
• Have at least two years of outpatient clinical experience; experience in digital health is advantageous.
• Demonstrate a strong dedication to quality patient care and possess excellent communication skills.
• Ready to pursue licensure in additional states if required and adapt to hybrid working conditions.
