About the Role

This opportunity is offered by a partner company looking for a Product Analyst based in the United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities

Examine product performance metrics and user behavior to uncover trends and improvement areas.
Establish, track, and optimize essential product KPIs including retention, conversion, lifetime value, revenue, and churn rates.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to enable data-informed decisions across Product, Marketing, and Operations departments.
Perform comprehensive analyses of customer journeys, feature usage, promotional activities, and overall product effectiveness.
Collaborate with Product Managers to assess new features, product updates, and A/B testing outcomes.
Detect friction points in the customer experience and provide data-supported recommendations for enhancements.
Work closely with data teams to guarantee data accuracy, consistency, and availability for analytics.
Communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to both technical and business audiences.
Assist in customer segmentation, personalization strategies, and market research to elevate engagement and business results.

Qualifications and Skills

Demonstrated experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a related analytical capacity within digital product environments.
Advanced skills in SQL and experience managing large datasets.
Proficient in business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
Strong grasp of product analytics, customer behavior analysis, and experimentation including A/B testing methods.
Familiarity with event-based analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, or Mixpanel is a plus.
Knowledge of digital product monetization, customer lifecycle management, and online platform analytics is advantageous.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication abilities to present complex insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Experience with Python or statistical analysis platforms is a benefit.
Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in a collaborative remote work setting.
