Clinical Nurse - Pediatrics Pulmonology/Gastroenterology/Endocrinology Clinic

About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a pediatric clinic specializing in pulmonology, gastroenterology, and endocrinology. You will be an integral member of a collaborative healthcare team focused on delivering comprehensive and compassionate care to young patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, implement, and assess individualized patient care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Act as an advocate for patients and their families by addressing concerns and educating them throughout the care process.
• Facilitate smooth coordination of care including clear communication with multidisciplinary team members and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Engage in quality improvement activities and contribute to achieving organizational objectives.
• Provide mentorship and encourage professional development among fellow nursing staff to promote a supportive work atmosphere.
• Keep nursing licenses and certifications current, and remain informed about evolving clinical best practices.
• Support shared governance models, maintain confidentiality, promote safety, and comply with regulatory and professional standards.
• Perform additional duties as required within policy and procedure guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Associate or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license, either single-state or multi-state compact.
• Valid certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), American Red Cross BLS, or equivalent.
