Position Overview

We are seeking a Client Advisor (m/w/d) for our Giorgio Armani Store in Frankfurt. This role involves providing exceptional service as a brand ambassador, delivering a unique shopping experience to both national and international clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the Armani brand by advising and assisting customers with purchases.
• Develop and maintain a loyal customer base through memorable shopping interactions.
• Execute visual merchandising standards effectively within the store.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Manage inventory, including semi-annual stocktaking and regular monitoring of merchandise levels.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training or relevant professional experience in apparel and accessories, preferably within the luxury sector.
• Passion for fashion and luxury goods.
• Enjoy interacting with discerning customers and deliver excellent service.
• Confident and polished demeanor with a positive presence.
• Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and teamwork aptitude.
• Proficient in English and preferably fluent in an additional language; knowledge of Chinese is highly valued.
