The newly opened ATLANTIC Hotel Heidelberg, inaugurated in March 2024, is the first high-rise hotel built according to passive house standards. Located next to the train station and opposite the Heidelberg Congress Center, within walking distance to Bahnstadt and with direct S-Bahn connections to the old town and castle, it offers an ideal stay for business travelers, conference guests, and vacationers.
The hotel features 15 floors with 310 elegant rooms and suites, wellness and fitness facilities, plus 8 modern event rooms with natural daylight for private or business occasions. A standout feature is the 350 m² ballroom with panoramic views on the 13th floor. On the 15th floor, the expansive gastronomy area includes a restaurant, rooftop bar, and adjoining terrace, where hotel guests and locals alike can enjoy excellent food and drinks with stunning city views.
Job Overview
The ATLANTIC Hotel Heidelberg is looking for a full-time Barista (w/m/d) to join their team starting September 16, 2026, or by agreement.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to developing and managing the deli concept.
- Ensure smooth and warm service experiences in the deli lounge café.
- Prepare high-quality coffee and tea specialties with passion and attention to quality.
- Train and mentor new team members, sharing your coffee expertise.
Candidate Profile
- Passion for coffee, customer service, and hospitality, creating memorable enjoyment moments.
- Previous experience working either in service roles or as a barista.
- Confident, friendly demeanor with sensitivity to guest needs and situations.
- Organized and dependable work style, even during busy periods.
- Team-oriented mindset, proactive attitude, and strong commitment.

Salary and Contact
The position offers a monthly gross salary between €2383 and €2958, depending on qualification and experience, within pay groups 1 to 3, including above-tariff payment.
