Role Overview
The Sales Associate will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales goals. This individual represents the Armani brand and its products, providing customers with expert advice tailored to their needs and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and align with personal sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), supporting management in reaching departmental and store-wide goals through company tools like staff training, product knowledge acquisition, and daily floor planning.
- Implement training insights from the company's Logbook, actively engage clients by greeting them, and promote supplementary and alternative products to boost sales.
- Maintain a vibrant and appealing store atmosphere that encourages sales and sustains high energy levels among staff and customers.
- Develop and preserve strong client relationships to drive sales growth and foster customer loyalty.
- Participate fully in company-led training initiatives, whether internal or external.
- Gain expertise in visual merchandising and assist with store displays to uphold superior store presentation standards.
