Job description

About the Company

Maid2Match is a family-run cleaning business founded by the Schulz brothers, who landed their first customer through their parents. After 11 years, Toby and Jason continue to own and run the company, which has expanded into a national cleaning provider with a strong everyday impact on clients’ lives.

The Opportunity

The company hires Field Staff on a permanent basis across Australia. This is not contractor work under an ABN. The role is designed to offer stable employment, paid training, superannuation, and clear room for growth.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Permanent employee position with superannuation and paid training
  • Career paths into training and management positions
  • Supportive team environment with recognition for good work
  • Pay of $36.21 per hour, inclusive of super and vehicle allowance
  • Ongoing permanent work rather than gig-style contract work
  • Progression route from Trainee to Professional Cleaner, Team Leader, Division Manager, and beyond
  • No night shifts and no weekend work
  • Paid induction and continued training, with no prior experience needed
  • Cleaning equipment, uniforms, and chemicals are supplied
  • Regular one-on-one support from a local Team Leader
  • Opportunities to earn rewards through 5-star client review promotions

Work Culture and Values

The team is built around the idea that frontline staff come first. The company emphasizes reliability, keeping commitments, mutual support, and serving local communities while benefiting from the strength of a national brand.

What the Work Involves

  • Domestic house cleaning
  • Cleaning support for NDIS clients
  • DVA cleaning services
  • Deep cleans and spring cleans
  • Bond cleaning, which can be accepted or declined

Candidate Profile

Applicants should have their own vehicle and a valid driver’s licence, be available for at least two days per week from Monday to Friday, and be dependable, communicative, and open to paid training. The more availability you have, the better your chances.

Additional Information

Travel time between jobs is paid, and the role includes pay for training as well as work carried out in client homes. Superannuation and allowances are part of the compensation. The company provides all required supplies and comfortable uniforms. Training duration depends on your previous experience. Only a small number of new Field Staff are hired in each intake so onboarding and support can be handled closely.

What We’re Looking For

  • Own car and current driver’s licence
  • At least two weekdays of availability, Monday through Friday
  • A dependable and reliable approach to work
  • Clear communication with teammates and clients
  • Willingness to complete paid onboarding and training
  • Flexibility, as training length varies based on experience

Benefits

  • Permanent employment with superannuation
  • Paid induction and training
  • Paid travel time between jobs
  • Vehicle allowance included in pay
  • Supplied equipment, chemicals, and uniforms
  • Structured career progression
  • Supportive local leadership
  • Reward opportunities for strong client feedback
