Job description
About the Company
Maid2Match is a family-run cleaning business founded by the Schulz brothers. What began with their parents as the first client has, over 11 years, developed into a nationwide cleaning provider serving clients across Australia.
Role Overview
The company employs field staff on a permanent basis, so this position is not based on contractor or ABN arrangements. The role is designed for cleaners who want stable employment, paid training, superannuation, and room to move into leadership or training-focused positions.
What Makes This Opportunity Different
This job is structured to keep you focused on cleaning rather than unpaid admin or supply runs. Training time is paid, travel time between jobs is compensated, and all cleaning materials, uniforms, and chemicals are supplied. The company also runs review-based reward promotions for outstanding client feedback.
Role Highlights
- Permanent employee position with superannuation and paid induction
- Clear progression path from Trainee to Cleaner, Team Leader, Division Manager, and beyond
- No night shifts and no weekend work
- Supportive local team environment with regular one-on-one guidance
- Opportunity to work in your own community with a nationally backed brand
Key Duties
- Carry out domestic cleaning tasks in client homes
- Provide cleaning services for NDIS disability support clients
- Complete DVA-related cleaning assignments
- Handle deep cleaning and spring cleaning jobs
- Take on bond cleans if you choose to opt in
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant is dependable, communicates well, and is willing to complete paid training. A vehicle and a valid driver’s licence are required, along with at least two days of availability from Monday to Friday. More availability is preferred.
Training and Support
Training is fully paid, and the length of training depends on your prior experience. The company emphasizes ongoing support, recognition for good work, and a strong team culture that values frontline staff.
Working Conditions and Pay
Pay is listed at $36.21 per hour, inclusive of superannuation and vehicle allowance. Travel between jobs is paid, and the position offers ongoing employment rather than short-term gig work.
About the Work Culture
The organization describes its values as putting field staff first, acting with integrity and reliability, and combining national reach with locally grounded support.
Hiring Note
The company is recruiting only a small number of new field staff in each intake so that onboarding and early success can be closely supported.
