Role Overview

Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay of $37.91 including superannuation and vehicle allowance
- Permanent employment with guaranteed hours (no ABN contractor work)

Candidate Requirements
- Possess a valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle
- Availability for at least two weekdays (Monday to Friday), with more availability preferred
- Dependability recognized by friends and family for reliability
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Commitment to complete paid training, duration depending on prior experience
Key Responsibilities
- Perform domestic cleaning tasks
- Cleaning for NDIS disability support clients
- Cleaning services for Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) clients
- Deep and spring cleaning assignments
- Optional participation in bond cleaning services

We hire selectively to ensure effective onboarding and success for new field staff. Daily work life is supported by paid travel and guaranteed hours. Training and equipment are fully paid for and supplied by the employer, creating a secure and supportive employment experience.
