The Role

What You Need

• Your own car and a valid driver’s licence
• At least two days of availability from Monday to Friday; more availability is preferred
• A dependable and trustworthy attitude
• Good communication skills for working with clients and the team
• Willingness to take part in paid training
• Training length will vary based on your previous experience

Key Duties

• Perform domestic cleaning tasks
• Carry out cleaning support work for NDIS clients
• Provide cleaning services for DVA clients
• Complete deep cleaning and spring cleaning jobs
• Take on bond cleans if you choose to do so

This position is for a small intake of new field staff in each hiring round so the team can focus on onboarding and helping new employees succeed. The role is aimed at people who want a real career with stable hours, rather than casual work with uncertain income.

Terms and Conditions

Travel between jobs is paid, and the role includes superannuation and allowances. The company provides all required supplies and comfortable uniforms. The role is described as a permanent employee position, not contractor work.
