Job description
About the Company
Maid2Match is a family-run business founded by the Schulz brothers, whose very first customer was their own parents. More than 11 years later, Toby and Jason still lead the company, which has expanded into a major national cleaning provider that has a meaningful impact on clients every day.
The Role
The company employs hundreds of field staff around Australia in ongoing permanent positions. This is not ABN contractor work. The offer includes stable employment, superannuation, and paid training, plus real opportunities to grow into leadership and training-focused roles.
The role is based on the idea that cleaners should have secure work, supportive management, and a team culture that feels local even within a national business.
What Makes This Role Different
- Permanent employment with superannuation and paid training
- Clear growth path into trainer and manager positions
- Supportive team environment with recognition for good work
- Hourly rate of $36.21 including superannuation and vehicle allowance
- Ongoing permanent work rather than ABN gig-style contracting
- No night shifts and no weekend work
- Paid induction and continued training, with no prior experience needed
- Cleaning equipment, uniforms, and chemicals supplied
- Regular one-on-one support from a local team leader
- Review-based reward promotions may be offered for five-star client feedback
Work Style and Values
The organisation describes its values as putting field staff first, acting with integrity and follow-through, and combining national recognition with a community-based approach. Staff are encouraged to work in their own area while benefiting from the backing of a well-established brand.
What You Need
- Your own car and a valid driver’s licence
- At least two days of availability from Monday to Friday; more availability is preferred
- A dependable and trustworthy attitude
- Good communication skills for working with clients and the team
- Willingness to take part in paid training
- Training length will vary based on your previous experience
Key Duties
- Perform domestic cleaning tasks
- Carry out cleaning support work for NDIS clients
- Provide cleaning services for DVA clients
- Complete deep cleaning and spring cleaning jobs
- Take on bond cleans if you choose to do so
Additional Information
This position is for a small intake of new field staff in each hiring round so the team can focus on onboarding and helping new employees succeed. The role is aimed at people who want a real career with stable hours, rather than casual work with uncertain income.
Terms and Conditions
Travel between jobs is paid, and the role includes superannuation and allowances. The company provides all required supplies and comfortable uniforms. The role is described as a permanent employee position, not contractor work.
