Role Overview
We seek a highly accomplished Chief Operating Officer to oversee daily operational activities, enhance revenue streams, and cultivate a productive workplace culture. This role supports the Founder by handling operational leadership, allowing focus on strategic expansion, integration of AI technologies, and the company's future vision.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage all daily operations across various divisions, directly supervising department heads to ensure targets are met.
- Enhance revenue performance and operational standards by deploying key performance indicators, standard operating procedures, dashboards, and accountability protocols.
- Oversee the launch and ongoing operations of the new Business Center, establishing scalable systems for anticipated growth.
- Elevate customer satisfaction and the quality of service across all interaction points.
- Work collaboratively with the Founder on strategic projects and organizational change initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Substantial senior leadership experience ranging from 10 to 15 years with effective oversight of multiple departments.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and success in driving revenue growth, alongside implementation of KPIs, SOPs, ERP/CRM systems, and performance management frameworks.
- Previous exposure to sectors such as business services, consulting, hospitality, business centers, real estate, or professional services is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is considered a significant advantage.
- Strategic and practical thinker with high ethical standards and an entrepreneurial approach.
